Due to an undisclosed illness Mr Sicelo Shiceka leaves us (he was once appointed as the gauteng MEC for development and planning and local govrnement).Even the dead in the anc have committed some sort of corruption during their term, this was the man that was found by our public protector Thuli Madonsela to have gone to visit his girlfried outside of the country using the state's money.His death was disclosed as long and painful, he was a bent politician, he abused his position and trust and took what was not rightfully his. But we still can not ignore the fact that there are still many out there who admire his contribution to the struggle, to others he was a brother in arms unfortunately for some of us he was no better than a common thief,why should his death sadden us, when it had everything to do with his lifestyle?.Our nation is at a critical point in its history, the very same govrenment who feed us from oppression is very quickly becomming making the transition from bieng liberators to bieng a nest of corrupt and self-enriching opportunists, and shiceka so happens to be one of the worst examples of this trend,he was exposed and removed as a minister (''WELL DONE ANC'').Nevertheless, this man was never charged,he still recived his ministary salary, he was removed from the public eye but he was still an MP so he was never held accountable.Once again, the  ANC never fails to let South Africa down, what a shame.Nevertheless may his soul rest in peace. As amember of the fighting party Shiceka excelled in the mass work and was passionate about his job. He was one loyal cadres of the movement. I guess just like any other human bieng he also had his flaws, after all we all make mistakes.
